1. Service Agreement

By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

• All repairs are subject to parts availability
• Service quotes are valid for 30 days
• Emergency service rates may apply outside regular business hours
• Warranty coverage is subject to proper maintenance and use

2. Warranty Terms

Our standard warranty includes:

• 6-month warranty on repairs
• 90-day warranty on parts
• Warranty void if equipment is misused or modified
• Labor included for warranty repairs

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made.

• We accept major credit cards
• Net 30 terms available for approved business accounts
• Deposit may be required for large repairs
• Late payment fees may apply

4. Service Area

We provide service within a 120-mile radius of Guyton, GA. Additional fees may apply for service outside this area.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing conditions
• Consequential damages
• Delays due to parts availability
• Acts of nature or circumstances beyond our control
